2017 Review

Assalaamu alaykum, dear Muslim parent!

Thank you for being a part of our journey in 2017.

Crowdfuding Success
As you may remember it all started with launching our crowdfunding campaign at Launch Good. It was a success, alhamdulillah.

We launched Ali Huda on August 1 via our website and mobile apps for iOS and Android on time as scheduled.

150+ Hours of Education & Entertainment for Our Kids
Alhamdulillah, now we have a libraby of 150+ Hours of Edutaimentment for Muslim children. InshaAllah, we are aiming to increase this number to 1000+ Hours in 2018.

4 TV Apps Launched
We also launched TV apps for Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire and Roku.

Besides, you can already Chromecast or Airplay Ali Huda to your TV. In 2018, Ali Huda is coming on Samsung TV and Xbox TV apps as well, inshaAllah.

Thank You
We were able to achieve those results by your support as a monthly or yearly subscriber. May Allah reward you.

We also thank for our business and content advisors for their help during the challenging times.

So what is our plan for 2018?

More Communication & Updates
Every startup is very chaotic at the very beginning. We may not have updated you enough. In 2018, you can expect more updates regularly from Ali Huda team, inshaAllah.

Content Advisory Board
We are setting up an independent content advisory board to review shows on Ali Huda. Some shows are already being reviewed.

Ali Huda Originals & More Exclusive Shows
We’ll be introducing more exclusive shows for your children.

Our children deserve the best. Our team is doing their best to license the shows that not only entertain but educate as well based on core Islamic values.

Sometimes, the shows on the market may not fill the gap.

So we are planning to introduce Ali Huda Originals, inshAllah.

It could be shows that teach our kids the golden age of Islam where our scholars, innovators and scientists introduced inventions some of which we use even to this day.

It could be the history or stories about prophets and the companions in an entertaining way so our kids take lessons.

It could some specific shows for our little muslim boys or girls.

It may be about fun Islamic songs that teach our kids manners and introduces Islam the fun way.

Speaking of Islamic songs, we co-produced our first episode for Ali Huda Originals with Omamo called “Bismillah”.

You can watch it here: Bismillah

Thank you one more time for being a part of our journey and story as a monthly or yearly subscriber.

Please, spread the word about Ali Huda with your family and friends.
